JOI Director of Research on "Talk of the Nation"
On the afternoon of December 28, 1996 Dr. Egon Mayer was
a guest on the "Talk of the Nation" program
on National Public Radio, together with Ms. Gabrielle
Glaser, author of the forthcoming book, Strangers to
the Tribe. In the course of the hour-long dialogue
several mentions were made of the JOI Web site, resulting
in over ten thousands "hits" on JOI.org that
afternoon, as well as numerous letters. Hear
