More proof that Jewish intermarriage is simply a part of the fabric of American culture: an upcoming episode of MTV’s documentary series “True Life” will focus on interfaith relationships in general, and we were contacted to help them find an appropriate representation of a Jewish interfaith couple. The casting call reads:

Are you currently dating someone who doesn’t share the same religious background as you? Do your family and friends not understand? If you appear between the ages of 18-28 and you want to share the challenges and benefits of being in an interfaith relationship, we want to hear from you. Please email your contact info, recent pictures of you and your loved one, and explanation of your current relationship to interfaithrelationship@mtvnmix.com. True Life wants to experience your interfaith relationship from your point of view.
