Seattle Jewish Community School

As a community, egalitarian Jewish day school, we are unaffiliated with any one movement or branch of Judaism. Our core value is dereh eretz, which we translate as “the way of kindness”. We strive to create an atmosphere where respect, responsibility, and appreciation for diversity are practiced by teachers, students, and families. Our graduates are well prepared for their next academic steps, and they carry with them a deep, engaged Jewish literacy and positive sense of identity.
