Israel Congregation of Manchester

Warm and welcoming, reflecting the values of a small town that does Judaism in a big way. A membership comprised of local residents, second homeowners, and others, worship services on each Shabbat and Jewish holiday, a weekly, free erev Shabbat pot luck dinner (so everyone has Shabbat community). We are also a community center, a place for learning, diverse programming (Jewish and non-Jewish), films, lectures, music. Our rabbi is known for his pastoral attention to all. As part of who we are we are active members of our community's Interfaith Council and our Community Food Cupboard. Most people describe us as a warm and welcoming community for Jews and people from all walks of life.
